We hope to share anonymous quotes, common themes, and summarized findings with the veterinary community to encourage conversation, identify shared experiences, and help shape future Vet Check offerings. Any identifying information will be removed unless you've given us permission to share it. You're always welcome to skip any question you'd rather not answer.
